Homebuilders have responded to this increased desire for outdoor living spaces. Lighting companies are adding stylish options for lighting these areas such as wet and damp rated outdoor chandeliers and lamps, wet rated LED tape and super-efficient LED landscape lights. This new lighting is designed to fit onto decks and varying hardscapes like pavers, parapets and concrete walls, as well as decorative, contemporary ceiling fans with a wet or damp rating (a category which never really existed previously.)
